Easy way to fix runtime error

  2. Check your version of Visual C ++
    Visual C ++ 2010 – only suitable for Windows 7. For XP – need to install Visual C ++ 2008!
  3. Reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework
    Remove all of the existing system in the Microsoft .NET Framework
    Install the Microsoft .NET Framework in the following order:
    NET Framework 2.0 SP2
    NET Framework 3.0
    NET Framework 4.0
